CMD is a consultancy based firm and mainly work in the corporate sector but now now its changing towards the SME's & Social sector.

Describe the work that you do in your role

As an Assistant Manager business development my job is to create business in the SME'S sector and Social sector by identifying the problems and their solution regarding Training, Consultancy, Short Courses etc.

Indicate previous experience and/or areas of career proficiency/achievenments

My previous job was in the Maple Leaf Cement Factory LTD as an Assistant Manager I develop the new uses of white cement in many fold and by doing such development market size increased by 100%.

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?

It is my university from where i did my MBA yes it is very pleasing for me to remember the environment, Faculty and one of the best one is cafe
