Describe the work that you do in your role
o Commercial Evaluation of offers and tenders.
o Commercial Evaluation of contracts and purchase orders.
o Forecasting, Monitoring of Sales Margin.
o Monitoring of sales overhead.
o Negotiation with Customers for advances. Follow-up with customers for the release of balance payments and bank guarantees.
o Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting and especially Cash Flow reporting to management.
o Business result reports i.e. EBIT, ROCE.
o Business monitoring reports and KPI reports.
o Requests for opening of Letter of Credit.
o Preparation of claims against inland LC
o Request for issuing of Bank Guarantees.
o Compliance of export control regulations.
o Audit (CQPE & MAP)
o Working on SAP R/3 (SPIRIDON)
o Controlling & execution of projects up to 3 Million USD
