I am currently working at NODWIN Gaming as an Assistant Manager. NODWIN Gaming is a leading esports company that specializes in organizing and broadcasting esports tournaments and gaming events. The company provides end to end broadcast solutions, production management, and content creation services for major regional and international esports events. Its operations include live streaming, event production, technical coordination, and talent management across multiple gaming titles and platforms.
Describe the work that you do in your role
In my role as Assistant Manager at NODWIN Gaming, I am involved in multiple aspects of esports broadcast and event production. My responsibilities include coordinating live event broadcasts using tools like vMix, managing production schedules, supporting technical setups, and ensuring smooth delivery of live streams across platforms like YouTube and Facebook. I also collaborate with teams to manage event logistics, support talent during broadcasts, and troubleshoot live production issues. Additionally, I contribute to post event reporting and help maintain quality standards for regional and international esports events.
Indicate previous experience and/or areas of career proficiency/achievenments
I have been actively involved in the esports industry since 2019, working across multiple domains including commentary, hosting, event management, and broadcast production. I have casted and hosted a variety of esports titles including PUBG MOBILE, Valorant, CS:GO, and PUBG PC, in both English and Urdu.
My career highlights include contributing to the production of high-profile esports events such as the PUBG MOBILE Global Championship (PMGC) and the PUBG MOBILE Esports World Cup, managing complex technical setups using vMix, and coordinating multi platform broadcasts. I also have hands on experience in network setup, team coordination, and on-ground event operations, demonstrating versatility and reliability under pressure.
These experiences have helped me develop strong technical, managerial, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of live event workflows and esports ecosystems.

My professional journey in the esports and broadcast industry has been both dynamic and rewarding. One of my key successes has been contributing to the production and live broadcast of major international tournaments such as the PUBG MOBILE Global Championship (PMGC) and the Esports World Cup, events that reached millions of viewers globally.
I’ve successfully transitioned from on-screen roles like commentary and hosting to behind-the-scenes technical and managerial responsibilities, proving my versatility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. My ability to manage complex live productions using vMix, ensure smooth multi-platform streaming, and handle high-pressure live scenarios has earned me recognition within my teams and among industry peers.

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
My time at UMT was both academically enriching and personally transformative. The university provided a strong foundation in both technical knowledge and project management skills, which continue to support my professional career today. I particularly value the interactive learning environment, supportive faculty, and opportunities to work on real-world projects and case studies.
