As a ServiceNow Developer, I have enhanced organizational productivity by automating workflows, optimizing the Service Catalog, and restructuring the Service Portal for better usability. I successfully implemented and maintained Security Operations and Vulnerability Response modules to improve risk and incident management. Additionally, I contributed to deploying the Virtual Agent to streamline user support, reduce ticket volume, and improve response times through AI-powered interactions.

I participated in the Peer Tutor Program, where I assisted juniors who were struggling with their coursework. This experience allowed me to strengthen my leadership and communication skills while supporting others in improving their academic performance.
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
My time at UMT was enriching. What I remember most is working in the labs, where I applied theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios, experimenting with technologies and gaining hands-on experience through practical implementation.
