Describe the work that you do in your role

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:

Oversee the tracking of inventory levels, stock movements, and demand forecasting.
Ensure timely ordering and replenishment of products to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
Logistics Coordination:

Manage the transportation of goods and ensure timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and other partners.
Supplier Management:

Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring the timely procurement of raw materials and finished goods.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Order Fulfillment:

Monitor the processing and shipping of customer orders.
Work with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.
Process Improvement:

Assist in optimizing supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory levels, and costs.
Use data analytics to forecast trends and improve decision-making.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with various departments such as procurement, sales, finance, and warehouse teams.
Support the Supply Chain Manager in implementing policies and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
