First time there happened a recruitment of permanent employees (Lectures/Instructors) in Government College of Technology Pindi Bhattian. Before, there was only a visiting faculty serving in whole college. Mine induction was first time recruited permanently. As a result of which, college discipline in term of result improved quite effectively.
