I have served on different projects & programs of National and International Organizations for building the capacity of teachers, mobilizers, community and other stakeholders of Formal Education and Literacy & Non-Formal Basic Education.
I am a strong believer of building partnerships among different actors including CSOs / NGOs, public and private sectors to generate platforms where expertise and capacities are mingled to bring about drastic changes in public sector institutions in relation to quality, quantity and improved system functions. I extended support to Punjab Literacy Department in developing a handbook for planning implementation, monitoring & evaluation program and prepared different training manuals and assessment strategies.

• To develop an institute for teachers’ training
• To visit PAF schools for mentoring and on-site support
• To build the capacity of teaching staff of special schools of PAFWA and Punjab Govt.
• To prepare new modules
• To conduct Trainings
• To improve the quality education• To review previous modules
• To develop new modules on life skills, business skills, Kitchen gardening, beautician, embroidery and stitching, jewelry making
• To conduct TOT
• To conduct training on life skills in shelter home• To develop a system for continuous professional development of L&NFBED staff and Project Staff.
• To develop a centralized and standardized mechanism for final assessment of Adult Literacy and Non Formal Basic Education Learners
• To develop training tools and performs
• Review existing manuals and modules for training
• To develop a resource pool for trainings
• To build the capacity of field staff for continuous process of training and assessment
• Form a working group of training
• Coordinate with UNESCO, UNICEF and JICA and other stake holders
• Prepare training plans in clusters

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
I will keep remembering it as the best part and best opportunity in my life. I feel so elevated to be a graduated from this prestigious university. I also want to complete my Ph.D.. from here. I will also recommend others to be the part of this.
