Power Plant Operations and Maintenance
Operations and Maintenance of Engines (Diesel, Furnace and Gas Operated).
? Operations & Maintenance of Utilities, including Pumps, Compressors, R.O Plant, Chillers,
Cooling Towers, Oil Separators, Ventilations, HVAC System, Waste Heat recovery and other
related equipment.
? Inventory management related to power plant.
? Energy calculations, Data composition and analysis, Costing and budgeting related to power
plant, Material Management.
? Operation of Electric/ Non-Electric Chillers and Oil Heater. (Training Certificate from Broad Air
Conditioning China for Broad Chillers).
? Operation of Steam Boiler. Cap 1TPH
? Strong grip on soft wares like Auto-CAD. Pro-E MS Office.
? Maintenance of different Machines adjustment alignment Oiling and Greasing etc.
? Study and working on Engineering Drawings.
? Worked on SAP System. Implementation of PM module of SAP4HANA.
? In coordination with TPM Activities, HSE objectives. Documents preparation and controlled
