I want to give my full potential to educational management. It can be school, college or university level. I choose education as my passion and mission of life. So i want to practice my knowledge and experience in an organization where organization behavior support innovation and creativity of persons in the favor of their organizations.
Currently i'm on the role of central coordinator, quality assurance manager and training manager in a chain group of international school system. Active coordination with all campuses, quality check and managing training for staff and teachers development are my strong areas.
I worked for development of teachers, educational leaders and institutions through out the country.
Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
Pro active and productive planning leads to increase sales and enhance productivity. I use to spend couple of hours daily for updating my skills to meet the international standards in work efficiency. Building new and strong connections in the market is my strength.
