Nutribel Pvt Ltd is producing snack food product with the innovative and whole new idea that didn't seem by Pakistan local market ever. It is specially for those who are tired up of Lays and wants to try something different and unique.

Describe the work that you do in your role

I am working as Production & Supply Chain lead. Manage production tasks and develop plans as per Sales demand, conduct research and development on new and continuing products, manage factory supply chain system and support quality team during their tasks.

Indicate previous experience and/or areas of career proficiency/achievenments

In 2016- Nestle Kabirwala Factory (Quality Department Internee)

In 2017- Gourmet Foods Lahore (U-6- Quality Laboratory Supervisor)

In 2018- Joined Bunny's Limited as Food Safety Officer and got promotion in 2021 as Assistant Manager Food Safety & Hygiene. Got Additional charge of Environment and Waste Management Department Lead in 2022.

In 2023- joined Nutribel Pvt LTD as Production Lead with additional responsibility of Supply Chain Lead.

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements

All the achievements I got are out of the box (based on my level of interest, whatever the department is) and long lasting (even I left the company).

Starting from year 2016 at Nestle Kabirwala Plant, completed a project of noodles chottu packaging optimization and saved upto Rs. 6 million per year.

During Bunny's Limited, I completed various cost saving projects of upto Rs. 5 million and initiated new systems for company betterment.

In Nutribel, I with my team initiated Quality, Product and Supply Chain management system (as it was a new startup) and launch new snack products that catched market in less time with 0% waste for more than an year.

Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?

I wasn't member of any club in UMT during my educational time in UMT.

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?

There are 2 stories that I will always remember.
First, during 2nd semester, teacher was delivering us lecture and he forgot the solution of question as it was numerical based question. I knew the solution because of my study background. He gave me chance to solve the question and teacher learnt from me. After that time, that teacher became my ideal and I also learnt that no matter how professional and highly qualified you are, you will be always learner and if someone think that he know everything and learnt alot, he will be loser some day in life.
Second, my research times with my supervisor. But they are undefinable.
