National Foods began its journey in 1970 as a Spice company with a revolutionary product that popularized the concept of having clean, healthy food. National foods is now one of the biggest local national consumer good companies having more than 800 employees, 65% market share and 30 billion revenue.
I am working as Manager Total Rewards & HR Ops looking after rewards strategy, policy custodian, payroll and all the HR related matters. I am also working as HR Business Partner for Human Resource department and taking care of HR related issues or grievances of own HR Team.
In previous organizations, unique and highly rated experience was of Abacus as Consultant. That journey of 7 years, helped me in knowing the not only Pakistani industries, but also it has given me the view of dozens of other countries.
Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
In my current organization, I am working on few cost transformation and rationalization projects which ultimately will affect the overall productivity of my organization with respect to human resource as well as monetary perspectives. I am also working Reward strategy.
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
University time reminds of my friends who are still around me. And few teachers with whom I am still in contact.
