Describe the work that you do in your role
1. Lab incharge of Digital Electronics Lab
2. Maneuver, maintenance and inventory management of lab
equipment and consumables
3. Purchasing and upgrading of lab equipment as required
4. To Design and conduct Digital Logic Design lab in
Electrical Engineering department and Electrical
Engineering lab in Mechanical Engineering department as per
departmental requirements
5. To take attendance, check Practical note books, lab data
forms and take viva on daily basis
6. Preparation and grading of laboratory and other exams
8. To motivate students in their character and personality building
9. Performed duties in admission cell for three months
10.Assessment of university radio station
11.Assistant chief Editor in University of Wah Journal of
Science and Technology (UWJST).

Working in LCC-Huawei (Light bridge Communication Corporation) as RF Engineer from 25th
of Feb 2016 in North region.
Key Responsibilities
1. To perform Drive Test for UMTS/HSDPA Services by using TEMS.
2. Verifying soft handover, 3G to 2G IRAT handover, 3G to 2G IRAT cell reselection, and 2G to
3G IRAT cell reselection.
3. Monitoring of RSCP & EC/I0 level of 3G sites.
4. To perform Cluster Drive and Post Processing of Log Files.
5. Make report, post processing and analysing call drops, call setup failure and coverage holes.
6. Finding the best possible configuration for antenna heights, tilts and azimuths for all the
cells/sectors in the network and thus responsible for optimization of the network.
7. Creating Thematic in MapInfo in order to get the plot of different parameters for the report.
8. Perform Scanner using PCTEL/C-hoc, HSUPA, HSDPA and R99 test
9. Reporting (Finding KPI’s)

Grew and excel in a professional environment and followed a career path to the top educational and technical level in a progress organization, also got a challenging position where I utilized my skills and expertise to achieve new milestones in my field.

I scored many awards and achievement sponsored by the UMT. Environment of UMT is just fabulous.
