Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry is the oldest business chamber in the country. Its net worth is 23,000 active members. The main objective of LCCI is to bridge the gap between private & public sector to promote business & commerce related activities.
Being the Head of Event Management Department, I am responsible to manage the event affairs from the basic idea to final execution. I lead a professional team of 5 members that manages the operational and financial affairs of various projects.
I have successfully planned & organized more than 200 seminars/workshops and 50 plus exhibitions/trade shows for different business sectors. Some of my leading projects are Lahore Chamber's Lahore Shopping Festival, Mara Lahore Expo, Export Trophy, Achievement Awards and China Agro Chemical Pak - China Summit.
Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
I have significantly improve the quality and quantity of the events in LCCI. I have initiated many new projects that significantly improve the services and productivity of LCCI, these projects are the source of healthy revenue as well. Being of Head of Event Management Department I am consistently working hard to develop new event brands for LCCI members.
Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?
I was the member of Newsletter writing club, my drafted news published in the magazine as well. I was also the member of event management society that conducted the IT Quiz program in 2003.
