ChenOne is a chain of fashion stores owned by Chenab Group (based in Faisalabad, Pakistan).The first ChenOne store was opened in 1997 at Islamabad.ChenOne has stores located in Pakistan and the Middle East. Fashion products by ChenOne are featured in the fashion magazines of Pakistan. The ChenOne kiosks are attractions in the Dubai Shopping Festival.
Describe the work that you do in your role
This was Internship leading-to-job, The duty is a mixture of HR Operation/Recruitment and Payroll which Included
Responsible for Letter issued (Appointment letter, confirmation, Termination, Increment etc.)
Generate Employee pin and employee Card
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Pro-actively looking for candidates, operating search tools; LinkedIn, databases ,Job boards as well Talent hunting
Handling the task of screening, selecting and submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline along with performing initial CV sifting against job description
Arrange for advertising or posting of a job vacancies, and notify eligible workers of position availability.
Explain company personal policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job application.
Assist HR Officer in monthly payroll and HRIS system. Managing Employee attendance on CG auth and Manual.
Maintains records of all employees birthday.
Issue documentation for new hires.
Schedule and organize interviews.
Participate in applicant interviews.
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
Assisting in exit process. Complete Process of the Resign/left employee till their final settlement completion.
Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Managing employee Bank Account.
Maintain employee records (attendance, file etc.)
Indicate previous experience and/or areas of career proficiency/achievenments
Information Sectary of Sahaily welfare foundation (NGO)

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
Currently, I am just at my entry level which means that I have not influenced the company production. however, I have used my psychology degree learning in helping another employee in their stress or to release their tension. This automatically has a positive effect on their work.

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
UMT taught me how to deal with people and problem. I had good and bad times, and would never forget the pathway of this 4 year till further life.
