Summit bank is one of the emerging banks in Pakistan as it offers diversified portfolio of banking product and by providing extremely satisfactory services not only to its existing clients but providing to the prospective clients as well. I was selected as operations officer (MTO) in Summit bank limited but after evaluating my skills my seniors gave me a chance to learn trade and credits; By the grace of Allah I prove it and they promote me from operations officer to Trade Officer. Currently My role as Trade Officer at Summit bank is to increase the foreign exchange earnings of Pakistan through promoting and facilitating the expansion of Pakistan's exports.
This is been a fantastic experience of banking I am enjoying it very much. Although banking is one of the toughest jobs to do but I am very optimistic sort of person. The start of long term success is always a difficult one.
Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
Alhamdulillah in a very short span of time I got promotion from operations officer to Trade officer. Moreover, I stood first in the recruitment test of Summit bank Limited. After achieving this milestone I got increment in my salary as well. Within the profession career of 13 months this is a good start.
Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?
Success in professional career was not possible if I were not the part of UMT. Extra curricular activities like event planning, team work and hard work made me able to get a good position in banking industry.
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
There are many things that I can never forget about my UMT but one of the most important days of my UMT life was when I won silver medal in M.com. It was really a prestigious moment for me as my dream came true at that day. I would like to say my gratitude to the honorable Rector (of that time) ir Dr. Hasan Sohaib Murad and my teachers who were the actual stairway for me toward this success. Thank you UMT.
