Indicate previous experience and/or areas of career proficiency/achievenments

I began my career at Pakistan Cables as an intern, where I gained invaluable industry experience and insight. Upon completing my internship, I was hired as an Officer in the Sales department. Demonstrating strong performance and dedication, I advanced within the sales team, taking on increasing responsibilities.

I was then promoted to the role of Branch Manager in Faisalabad, where I successfully managed branch operations and drove business growth. Currently, I oversee the business operations in Lahore, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and Sahiwal, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous market development across these key regions.

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements

At the initial level, I developed a robust quotation system that minimized mistakes and reduced response time, enhancing overall efficiency. I also implemented a follow-up system, crucial for sales success, which led to its integration into the organization's ERP system. Conducting a detailed feasibility study, I facilitated the establishment of an office in Faisalabad. In the first year there, I successfully regained lost customers and captured a 34% market share. In FY 2015-16, I broke all previous sales records, achieving over 50% market share. Currently, I continue to maintain strong market leadership with a target of reaching 55% market share. Additionally, I played a key role in the successful launch of "ACCC" conductors in Pakistan.

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?

The time I spent during my student life holds a special place in my heart. It was a period filled with fond memories and experiences that I will always cherish. As children, we often yearned for the responsibilities and freedoms of professional life, but upon reflection, I've come to appreciate the simplicity and joy of student life even more. My university years, in particular, represent a golden era marked by unforgettable moments and lifelong friendships. Looking back, I can confidently say that those were truly good times
