Involved in Product Development, procurement, imports, vendors management, logistics and shipping, customs etc. and all process involved with cost effective savings and increased productivity. Looking after production, vendors and customers related issues. Dealing with GMP & ISO audits as departmental team leader. Training to lower staff.

Previously worked in Textile and IT sectors.
During my work in Textile sector, involved in US and European customers of fabrics and garments. Introduced & developed Russian market. Drove around 20% profitable revenue growth and around 25-30% improvement in on time & accurate shipments.
During my stay in IT organization, got promotion immediately after one month of joining. Main project included feasibility study for new branch and management of internal operations of organization i.e. restructuring, change management and customer focused team that produced striking increase in internal efficiency and capacity utilization with 10-15%

On my recent job i have received couple of certificates of appreciation and performance bonuses.

In our times, there was no specific club or society in ILM
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
Great teaching faculty members, nice professional class decorum, small cafeteria with nice chicken rolls and good environment. Today, it has grown up as UMT.
