Hotel Booking & Vehicle Buying or Selling were two businesses where I was working as Marketing and Sales Executive. Started as an Internee during my bachelors degree and got hired before completion of degree and by the end of degree I was 1 year experienced with a Designation of Digital Marketing Executive in a well known company in Lahore.

Describe the work that you do in your role

Digital Marketing & Search Engine Optimization of Pakwheels.com and Tripkar.com
For Tripkar which is a Hotel Booking Website I use to manage everything from scratch because when I joined Tripkar it was not yet launched so I used to get into things required for a startup and it launched after a couple of months that was my internship period and after launching I was hired permanently. Later another sister company PakWheels gave me opportunity to serve them in Digital Campaign Optimizations and on the same time I was working for Tripkar. Both are Giants now. One in field of Vehicle and other in Hotel Booking.

Indicate previous experience and/or areas of career proficiency/achievenments

We were sole distributors of Pepsi, Nestle and Pakistan Tobacco in Pakpatan as well as Agriculturists by profession. Father used to run all these Businesses and I used to sit with him occasionally that is how and why I got into field of Business but choosing Digital Business Field was something of my own choice depending on my Passion to do something different compared to the family Business.

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements

Marketing is something directly proportional to the Lead Generation which is what I do and take care of. My purpose is to bring as much traffic as I can to the Website and also to optimize the available resource and achieve more out of it.

Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?

I used to be in contact with certain society members and presidents as my batch system was diverse in which due to transfer from F.C College University I used to study with various batches and hence a huge group of diverse background people were in contact.

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?

I remember everything specially teachers, class rooms, staff, etc. The management and the operational departments like accounts, registrar, bank, etc. are friendly as compared to places I studied earlier. Faculty, indeed is the best in UMT with diverse educational and professional background.
