Involved in Network Design , Plan , Deployment and Testing. Manage Operations of IP Based Contact Center. Coordination with other departments and vendors to fulfill all new requirements. Proactive maintenance of network.
Responsible to collect the required information from other department and then design , deploy Cisco solutions for IP based Call Centers. Actively involved in Network designs related issue , and to communicate with other departments to troubleshoot and fix the issues.
Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
I started my career as a system administrator and with continues hardworking and completing 10 years now I am working as a Consultant Internationally. I was part of a team who were first in Pakistan to work on any Cisco IP based Call center .

As part of UMT we were use to play cricket .
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
I remember the full progress road MAP of UMT starting from ILM to UMT.
