Matrix sourcing is a sourcing office with the huge customer base is one of the biggest sourcing office in Pakistan dealing with customers like, Nike, Reebok, Adidas, Mustang etc.
Currently I am working with Nike in apparel department.
Our Products are Fleece suits hoods etc, also working in lite weight jersey products.
My main responsibility describing in one word is Merchandising for Nike.
Pricing of new products and any change required in currently running products.
Sample development, follow ups with Vendors i.e. Style textile.
Production follow ups with Vendor.
Communication with the buyer related day to day issues.
Worked with Softwood textiles, a denim sourcing office.
Developed Takko Holding as denim customer for the company.
Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
I've developed a big account Takko in my previous organization with is a big achievement for me and my organization.
Currently have worked with my team to enhance supplier productivity for our customer Nike and deliver a complete season of 5.4 million pieces on time.
Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?
I would be a badminton player if i would a member of UMT sports club.
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
I've remember everything my teachers, my fellows, my class rooms, cafe, common room discussion and charts. I was lovely time.
