The company offers a range of connectivity options to its enterprise clients from fixed line, GPON, Metro-ethernet and DSL, to wireless solutions such as Radio and Wimax based services.

Describe the work that you do in your role

• Technical operations and troubleshooting for complex, network information technology equipment and systems.

•Analyze problems, identify alternate solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.

•Analyze & Prepare technical reports. Read and comprehend technical reports and diagrams.

* Managed BNCC workflows according to the desired needs for IPTV and Broadband.

* Worked on Siebel CRM. Co-ordination with CRM team for maintenance and up-gradation of database.

* Preparing daily and weekly reports from database extracted from CRM and presenting to the top management.

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements

After my graduation i have worked in PTCL (top ISP of Pakistan) as a Trainee Engineer and achieved highest rating in my region.

Currently working as a Regional Head (Networks) in leading ISP and have achieved performance-based appraisal in time and expecting to be promoted further.

Scored A+ grade in certification from MIT, USA.
