Taining and Development. I am sales motivational trainer, from hiring to firing, from promotion to demotion Training and Development department is playing a viotal role in all areas of employee development specially for the central punjab and north region of the compnay.
I started my career at a very young age of 18 years from the profession of Direct Selling, and with the passage of time today with the grace of ALLAH ALMIGHTY I am training sales persons, sales managers and other staff of the company.
In this whole scenario I played a role of Unit Manager, Business Manager, Branch Manager and of course a Marketing Manager.
Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
I would not be a self congratulatory kind of a person at this forum, would conclude my success journey in one line that today at the age of 27 years I am Heading, Training and Developing a staff of more than 3500.
In short through out my career I have taken a promotion in every 6th month of the year, and the journey just started from a position of a sales man without salary in 2006.
Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?
Well due to my job while my graduation I was not able to involve my self on different activities, as I use to attend office after my BBA(H) classes and Alhamdolillah I self financed my self to completer graduation. In those 4 years there was an event we conducted with the name of 'Entrepreneuria Festival' in 2009, which was a big achievement for me and my team.
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
I remember each and every day I spent in campus, those feelings and inner belief to do something which I am learning from my respected teachers.
I remember a workshop in which there was a question ask that;"What you want to become in your professional life?"
I answered, "I want to become a Regional Manager under 30 of a well renowned company" and see today ALLAH has blessed me with Regional Management of 2 region (Central Punjab and North Regions)
