Describe the work that you do in your role
The recruitment process via job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, telephone screens, booking interviews, and reference checks
On-boarding activities including new employee inductions, preparation of employment agreements and other relevant employment documentation
Coordinating all company training and development initiatives;
Updating and maintaining the Company's HR system
Providing support for internal and external HR related queries
Other administration support as required

My Previous job was in MACE Engineering Tech as Manager HR. Used to perform following tasks:
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials and post job listings to appropriate job boards
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and perform phone screenings along with reference checks as needed
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Analyze the pay scale to ensure compliance with wage and labor laws
Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner
Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes employment status
Responsible for administering payroll and leaves
Maintaining Employee record and data
Making strategy for compensation and benefits of employees
Making strategy for appraisals and performance management of employees

Made Policies and Procedures, Manuals, Forms, Recruitment Strategies, Employee Handbook, Made a 360 degree Appraisal Form, Started Employee Retention and Appreciation, Introduced different bonuses for employees like retention bonus and others, Managed the office inventory as well

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
Still Remember The Last Day at UMT, which Filled my heart with mixed feelings. Fulfillment and sadness, anxiety and eagerness. Saying goodbye to the comfortable and secure life within university walls and Getting ready to march to the beat of the professional world seems difficult. Loved the way of my teachers and mentors, who guided me through years for achieving my goals in best ways
