Our products are being used by the international brands and thousands of other satisfied customers in each corner of the world.

Describe the work that you do in your role

As a Director of Pelsverk, I am managing all activities related to R&D, Customer Relationships, Sales Growth and Internal Teams Management. These departments are backbone of any organization for gathering decision making information and building right strategies to move forward.

Indicate previous experience and/or areas of career proficiency/achievenments

During my last 7 years of professional life; I have just learned one same message on each step towards growth and progress that "There is not Short-cut to Success". Once has to put himself in fire to shine like gold. So keep working hard and success is always waiting for you, sooner or later but it will be yours..!!

As a part of achievement, Pelsverk marked 121 Million PKR export during the business year 2012-2013. Our new EU office in Norway is now functional and soon we are going to operate individual offices in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements

When I started, I just had a little experience of exporting good but choosing which item to be exported was still a questionable task for me. Then I took inspiration from a local NGO who donated t-shirts and pants to the orphanage. I thought garments is a good line to start with. People can't live without food but they can not resist themself from buying new garments when th fashion industry is in bloom these days. So I got my product line and stated working on gathering information, fabric suppliers, makers, stitchers, finishers and put all my efforts to build a small but professional team. No My team is near to 42 professionals and my company crossed the export figures of 97 Million Rupees in the financial year 2012-2013. This journey towards refinement and success is still continued and I am aiming further to build localized offices in USA, Canada and Europe to target these markets directly and promoting a Pakistani Garments Brand there..!!!

Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?

I and my team were the founders of UMT Dramatic Club and we were well supported by the PD&P department to get this club in a professional shape-up. I was the first General Secretory of UMT Dramatic Club.
