The University of Management and Technology was established in 1990 and has evolved into a premier institution of higher learning in the country. Recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) as a “W4” category (highest rank) university, UMT is also the first in the Punjab amongst medium sized universities in the general category.

Describe the work that you do in your role

I am Research Associate in Operations and Supply Chain Department of UMT. As a Research Associate (RA) I have the unmatched opportunity to work closely with renowned faculty on the research, case studies, and coursework. I have to write research papers and help in research at Supply Chain Department.

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements

I did a research job at Hamza Oils (Sufi Group). We did this in group of four students. We submitted the research report to Chairman of Hamza Oils. It was based on frozen chicken products. They have now launched their product line under the name of "SimplySufi"

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?

I am still in UMT. I have done BBA from UMT and then MBA in supply chain management. Currently I am doing PhD in Supply Chain Management from UMT. And it has been great feeling while studying at UMT. I have lot of memories at UMT.
