I work in a well reputed Software house in Islamabad, Pakistan, It provide W3C XHTML Transitional, CSS layout and table less web 2.0 design, PHP 5.0 for coding, MYSQL for database, using license based operating system GNU and Linux , Multilingual Support, Java scripting and AJAX framework.
Describe the work that you do in your role
• Leading a team of 6 developers to make a web portal for Property website.
• Served as a web developer Using JOOMLA 1.5 (CMS).
• Served as a web developer on the company’s main website aspiresolutions.com
• Designed and developed a number of backend processes aimed at improving the site’s over all performance, general effectiveness, usability and search engine rankings.
• Worked with management to strategically plan and program applications that collected business mined intelligence and help to better manage the site.
• Was responsible for maintaining the 24/7 high volume and availability demands using open source tools such as Apache, PHP and MySQL.
• Normalized database tables. Cleaned up and rewrote much of the front end HTML to meet validation requirements.
• Configuration of MYSQL, query optimization, full-text search indexing.

Well i did spent most of the time in Computer Lab and did practice to be a good programmer,
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
Most of our academic activities were to practically learn what we were delivered in lectures. But i will not forget those two A+ i got in C++ and Algo and Computing which broke the Curve.
We had a Group of 5 in our batch and did had spent almost all the time together that was awesome.
