ALABNIAH Co.(Part of ADRAJ HOLDING) is a Precast Construction Solution provider Company, located in Second Industrial Area of Dammam, Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. It is of latest technology orientation and, is first company in GCC with fully automated production facility.

* Leaded process of manpower planning & budgeting bases on analysis of business strategy, production capacity analysis, and sales forecast….etc.
* Leaded supervised and managed full life cycle recruitment for Apx. 700 employees on management & functional level.
* Recruitment of (Line managers to functional level employees- international sourcing) 400 employees(direct) with 100% focus on precast experience, where GULF is close market for these Skills Set (task completed :Apx.6 months). Along with this, 300 employees were employed through SMP.
* Attainment of above objective without any newspaper advertisement or any other outsourced recruitment resource. Following techniques and Systems were used: Industry Mapping-competitor Analysis, headhunting, professional networking, and lean recruitment system deployment. Recruitment cycle was consisting of sourcing to their visa process and deployment in KSA.
• Developed, reviewed and re-engineered Hr Policies manual and employee handbook
• Assisted in development of Hr objectives and performance metrics
• Developed Performance Management System to address current production related gapes, and internal control enhancement bases on ( company business flow/mechanism understanding through research, performance gape analysis, and accommodating them in performance management system)
• Developed appropriate Organization Structure- to enhance communication, and control from top to bottom line functions.
• Completed job descriptions for line managers to functional level employees
