Describe the work that you do in your role
As a Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) - Apps Solution Architect and Functional Consultant, I bring to the table a wealth of expertise in providing comprehensive consultancy support. My role involves not only offering training sessions but also guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring a seamless integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. My commitment is deeply rooted in assessing client needs and driving the enhancement of technical efficiency within their operational framework.
Indicate previous experience and/or areas of career proficiency/achievenments
• Involved in end-to-end implementation of ERP modules i.e., Financial, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing & Inventory.
• Leading team of 5 members responsible for updating and periodic reconciliation of following MS Dynamics modules:
i) Financial
ii) Sales
iii) Purchase
iv) Inventory
v) Manufacturing
• Conducts and supports ERP training for functional staff as per defined SOPs.
• Leading project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control.
• Acting as a focal point for all user related issues regarding MS Dynamics ERP system. Receive and prioritize reported problems and manage their resolution.
• Ensure a reliable performance of MS Dynamics ERP system, Work closely with consultant for operational issues and new developments.
• Work cross functionally with the reports development team on implementing reporting requests and maintaining MR tools and related metrics.
• Test reports for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards.
• Investigate and resolve complex ERP system problems through research and technical analysis.
• Perform business requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis enroute to system design and execution.
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals
