I am looking all recruitment process including, Coordination with all department managers in order to evaluate hiring needs of new employees. Identification and target setting, short listing, screening, interviewing candidates from all types of positions. Scheduling and Arranging Interviews, Offer & Appointment Letters. Moreover i am looking Training & Development, employee counseling, team building and employees engagement.
As concern to my previous experience i am a self motivator person and always try to put 100% results in any kind of task or achievement.

i am delivering high performance result through change management, new idea sharing. Also i am recruiting high profile candidates and MTO through social networking. In very short time i achieved a lot of benefits and recognition. Moreover i am more keen of consultancy and providing my knowledge and skills some consultancy companies.

I was member of OPA team and arranged many seminars and events as Organizer.
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
It was very good time for me which i spent in UMT. I learned a lot from UMT. It is great learning point for every individual. I remembered and i will remember all the beautiful and memorable events held in UMT.
