Describe the work that you do in your role
• Supervise daily supply chain operations to ensure the uninterrupted flow of materials and equipment.
• Lead and support procurement, expediting, inventory, and logistics activities to meet business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to support project and operational requirements.
• Analyze material availability, identify supply risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Review procurement reports, inventory levels, and supplier KPIs to improve supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Mentor and supervise team members while promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

I have over 15 years of professional experience as a Lecturer, Accountant, and Supply Chain professional. My expertise includes teaching, accounting, procurement, supply chain operations, vendor management, logistics coordination, inventory control, and team leadership. Currently, I work as a Supply Chain Supervisor at NOV, managing procurement and supply chain activities while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
Throughout my 15-year career as a Lecturer, Accountant, and Supply Chain professional, I have consistently improved operational efficiency and team performance. At NOV, I have strengthened supply chain operations by improving communication, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and introducing digital communication methods to enhance collaboration. I have successfully completed critical projects within deadlines, mentored team members, and contributed to continuous process improvement. My commitment, leadership, and problem-solving skills have helped achieve organizational goals while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?
I was not the member of the society but I scored the third position in the Urdu debate competition arranged by UMT leaders Forum.

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
My time at ILM/IMT/UMT was a valuable and transformative experience that laid the foundation for my professional career. The academic environment encouraged critical thinking, teamwork, and practical problem-solving. I learned not only the theoretical aspects of business, accounting, and management but also how to apply them in real-world situations. The guidance of experienced faculty members, interaction with classmates, and participation in academic activities enhanced my communication, leadership, and analytical skills. The knowledge and values I gained during my studies have been instrumental throughout my career as a Lecturer, Accountant, and currently as a Supply Chain Supervisor at NOV. I remain grateful to the university for providing me with the skills and confidence to succeed in a competitive professional environment.
