I am working in the biggest forging house of the Pakistan in automotive industry with most of the finished goods exported in other countries of the world. However, few of these are also sold to local market as well.
I have designed and implemented all kind of HR Policies and procedures, Recruitment programs, Employee Suggestion Program, Reward Management System etc

I am leading HR Department of the biggest forging house of Pakistan with respect to the matters including Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management System, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations & Grievances Handling and HR Policies and Procedures.
I have designed and implemented all kind of HR Policies and procedures, Recruitment programs, Employee Suggestion Program, Reward Management System etc

sound HR Professional with great Professional and Academic Achievements. Academically, I have secured 3.65 GPA during my MBA Program and thus became the runner-up for the Gold Medal. Moreover, professionally I have designed and implemented all kind of HR Policies and procedures, Recruitment programs, Employee Suggestion Program, Reward Management System etc
Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?
I have been leading Leaders Forum at UMT and thus have arranged a number of activities at UMT including the arrangement of workshops in the areas of Management, computer science and personality development etc. Moreover, I was the chief editor of UMT's first student magazine "THE MESSAGE".
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
Well, student life is really enjoyable and interesting and while studying at UMT I do remember the faculty members and the environment at most. The environment was really conducive and learning with number of facilities available for the students to enhance and upgrade their skills and abilities. The library and computer lab was most important of all these resources.
