Describe the work that you do in your role
My responsibilites include managing software development tasks and team. Following are the products I work upon.
EMR; Electronic Medical Records is specialized product for healthcare providers. It is fully configurable to work with all possible medical specialties and follows standard procedures to implement SOAP.
EPM; Electronic Practice Management focuses the financial aspect of healthcare service provider centers ranging small clinics to large hospitals or group of hospitals. It is CMS \ HIPPA compliant and provides major features like patient management, insurance plan management, practice management, electronic data interchange, billing and follow up.
DMS; Document Management System provides the ease of importing documents (Insurance plans\ Patient Profiles\ Billing statements etc.) from any source (scanner \ http(s) \ftp etc) and provides the features of compression\annotation\categorization\barcode recognition etc.
HL7; Health Level 7 implementation in EMR and EPM provides the facility to electronically send and receive (Outbound\Inbound) the data from one system to another for Transcription\Accounts\Patient Demographics\Scheduling etc.
Indicate previous experience and/or areas of career proficiency/achievenments
I have worked on very diversed avenues of software development, begining from programming in VB6, then moved to PowerBuilder and eventually working in .Net.
After plenty of programming, moved towards a successfull project management experience.
Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
I am with Sequel Systems since 2004 and during all these years I have worked on many projects from scratch, built, tested, deployed on client and implemented the workflows successfully. I have been a part of many R&D related projects too.
Working with stability and achieving what client wants is what I believe is my success.

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
I remember all of my teachers who were really excellent and sincere with their job. I would like to name following especially who became inspiration in my professional life.
