Describe the work that you do in your role

My role is to provide strong business and administrative, strategic planning and sales support, research and advice to CEO on operations matters such as financial planning, staff management, and information services.

Develop and implement policies, rules and regulations of the organization’s Human Resource, financial, sales and administrative functions.

Plan and develop new markets and expand existing ones, constantly identifying new revenue-generating opportunities.

Monitor the Middle East legislative / regulatory environment with the objective of providing clients in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, IoT, and Healthcare sectors with sophisticated information and advise them on market entry to UAE.

Developing strong network with Government departments and representing clients, their cases and, projects to obtain exceptions, approvals and no objections from major Dubai Government departments.

Managing the business relationships with legislative authorities and updating clients on periodic changes in government rules and regulations.

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements

The main achievement working with Adam Consulting is to develop a Business Model based on talent nurturing and learning organization of its own kind where young consultants learn from their experience and under seniors supervision. Developed a Training program for young consultants which results in quick closings of deal and increased profitability.

The main achievement working with Interactive Communications was to bring the idea of community radio stations from papers to reality in Sialkot and Peshawar cities.

Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?

I hosted the fist annual Mushairah of UMT in 2003-2004

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?

Yes, it was started from ILM and when i graduated it became UMT. There are many things to remember, Just to mention few, the tough schedule of classes, Canteen Hangout, Fight for grades. For the first three Trimesters we were not even able to understand the calculation of grade system, but the most memorable day was the day I got cleared my Final project and was told that the degree is complete. It was a great relief ........LOL
