AALA Solutions is a sole proprietorship.
It was initially established in 2007 by the name of (Invent Solutions) later after departing of partners AA'LA came into being.
We are having some of the best talents available in Pakistan, including my self as ZCE (one of 8) certified. In our work history we have worked on number of projects and products.
My role in this organization is to manage every thing, yet this is a small firm and every thing is controlled by me.
My duties in this software house are:
1. I am also a full time developer.
2. To generate the business for the company.
3. Technical documentation and task assignment.
4. Tracking the overall progress of the projects
5. etc...
They all made me learn something.
Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
I have done BBA from UMT, but for some reasons I am in love with programming, I am not having any computer sciences degree.
My very first job was in a software house as a software engineer. It was a full time job and it was my 3rd year in the university. So it was very difficult for me to manage studies with job. But I did.
After completing my graduation, I started my own setup with couple of partners and we ran it successfully for one year. After that we disbanded and I joined a software house as a developer, where I reached on the position of project manager in less than a year. I switched my job to an other software house as a project manager.
Now after gathering the resources I have started my setup again.
Well I consider it my success that after loosing complete resources when we disbanded. I gathered up and started it again by my own.
Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?
I was member of many societies in UMT.
1. Lead Designer in UMT Editorial Board
- UMT Magazine is still a dream, we were a good group and every one worked perfectly. We had written a complete 200 pages magazine and sent that CD to departments for printing, but :) still its not here
2. President - TIB Society
- I have started The Illmian Blood (TIB) Society in UMT, where our purpose was to manage a complete list of blood donors from the university, and facilitate every needy person. We had developed an online system for that.
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
UMT is a good place to learn. I remember so many big events which i can write about but for me the small things and my all friends are more important than the big events :)..
I remember sitting late in the editorial board and I miss the canteen ...
my personal choice to remember. right?
