Describe the work that you do in your role
Managing Human Resource Department for Pepsi International for their concentrate plant at Hattar. Being part of Management Team of Pepsi plant, this role carries management of all HR Functions including Recruitment, Training and Development, Industrial Relations, Compensation and benefits, Organization Management.

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
Since last five years i have been part of management teams and have been in role of active business partner by leading HR Functions for reputed Multinational and local organizations.
I have been involved in initiatives of bringing positive organizational changes through introducing positive and communicative cultures.
I have been leading SAP Change agent activities and had been part of SAP implementation teams for Descon and now PepsiCo.

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
Its been a really great, memorable and learning experience to be part of UMT. The facilities and the faculty really works well for UMT. Its been a journey supported by Advisors, Batch Mates and the Faculty. Thank you UMT for being part of our personal/professional grooming!
