Organization Information

The Pakistan Cricket Board is a sporting organisation that is responsible for governing all professional cricket including Test cricket and One Day International matches played in Pakistan. It controls and organises all tours and matches undertaken by the Pakistan national cricket team.

Following the establishment of Pakistan as an independent dominion of the British Empire in 1947, professional and amateur cricket commenced the same year as the local infrastructure had already been established when the country was part of the British Indian Empire. Even so, it was not until 1948 that a Board of Control was formally instituted and matches were arranged informally until then. Pakistan was admitted to the International Cricket Council in July 1952 and has always been a full member, playing Test cricket. The team's first Test series took place in India between October and December 1952.

Participated in Pakistan Agriculture Research Council Project, for provision of technical services at Department of Sociology (University of The Punjab) in 2006.
Participated in 13th All Pakistan Software Competition at Dr. A. Q. Khan Research Lab. in 2002.
Participated in NASCON 03 All Pakistan Software Competition.
Winner of Quiz Program at ILM in 2002.
Certificate of Honor on getting 2nd Position in Prolife 2002 Software Competition Held at Lahore.
Participated in ILM Tech 2002 Software Competition.

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements

Developing Social Media Interaction System for Political Activities in collaboration with International Republican Institute for Pakistan Muslim League.
Developed Online Project Monitoring System for Development Projects under Public Sector Development Program appreciated by Lt.Gen. Khalid Maqbool (Ex Governor of the Punjab).
Developed Budget analysis database for fast and better policy making.
Wrote LAB manual for Digital Logic Design appreciated by Dr. M.A. Pasha (Ex Principal PUCIT)

Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?

My team has won 1st Eagle Crest Tape Ball Cricket Tournament.
I have got distinction in Who Dares a Quiz Compitition.
Participated in more than 8 software compititions representing ILM.

What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?

I remember the little canteen with no roof... but it was a nice place with lot of friends arround...
I do remember Mr. Hamid Raza Malik he was one of my mentor at the institution...
I do remember the book bank who fined me...
I do remember the gaurds asking not to sit in the passways...
I do remember the software name KHADIM at the reception of the college to see the class schedule...
