Organization Information
University of Education Lahore (a public sector university), established on September 10, 2002, is the first specialized university in the field of Education in Pakistan. The Division of Arts and Social Sciences, in addition to degree in Education, offers creative and market-oriented degree programs in languages, economics, history, geography and management. It has already taken initiative to launch M.A English B.Ed, M.A Urdu B.Ed, PhD Urdu, M.Phil leading to PhD Urdu.
From September 2008, the Division is also offering BBA (Hons) and MBA programs to produce skilled business executives. The Division enjoys the presence of highly qualified teachers and researchers who are rendering envious services to promote research culture and educational excellence in the campus. The faculty of the Division guides student’s academic work and supervise their research works addressing socio-economic issues in the education system of Pakistan.

As a lecturer at UE, my job description involves:

* Research and
* Co-ordination
As a member of campus committees (Admission, Sports, Examination, Scholarships) I do complete many other tasks assigned by the top management time to time. Besides all I am the coordinator of Society of Management Sciences (SMS) at Division of Arts and Social Sciences, and an honorary member of Board of Studies for Business Education at UE.
Indicate previous experience and/or areas of career proficiency/achievenments
From Jan 2009 to Sept 2009, I have been working with Iqra Millenium University Lahore as visiting Lecturer in Management Sciences. I taught many subjects in the areas of Resaerch, HR, and Strategy. In Oct 2009, I did join University of Education as Lecturer (grade 18) on regular basis.

Studying at UMT has been a great experience. Its conducive environment for studies and rich culture for research helped me knowing my potential and utilizing my capabilities to achieve my goals.
