Worked as Manager Non-Food L.H.H Department at MAF Hyperstar Retail Pakistan.Looking after whole operations of my sections and supply chain in order to maximize turnover and profitability.Strategies and merchandising lay outs.Prepare sales Targets and expanse Budget of each section.totally Responsible for the sale/revenue invited potential.Ensure the store is merchandised commercially and visually to company standards. Worked as Assistant Branch Manager at Bin Dawood Stores Saudi Arabia.Looking after whole operation of the Store as well as communication with all other Store Managers.Budgeting of sale per department.Budgeting, maximizing sales & profit and minimizing losses.Negotiation with companies regarding promotions (in house promotion, price discounts, gift hampers).Manage and control all the aspects of store operations.
