CommTel Systems was established in 2001 with an aim of providing high end IT solutions. CommTel Systems is an IT solution provider company, its main products are Tandberg, LifeSize, Cisco, McAfee. CommTel has largest market share of video conferencing in Pakistan with almost 800 installations throughout Pakistan in almost every sector including education. CommTel has also earned a major share in network security solutions.
My task is to work on the project technical feasibility on initial stages, then during implementation phase coordination with the client and with my technical team, also assigning the technical teams on different projects, after installation during support period it is my duty to arrange the resources for support and backup.
i have started my career in IT in 2002, before CommTel Systems i have worked for Telenor Pakistan and Siemens Pakistan. Named Employee of the year in Siemens Pakistan once. Also during my SMIT course we have worked on a project feasibility under supervision of Mr. Sana Ullah, that project was for Warid Telecom, they implemented that project in real time and also gave us the appreciation certificates for it.
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
well doing MBA executive was tough in start because going to classes after office was bit tough for us but after sometime we get used to it and started enjoying our time in UMT. Some of the teachers were good and really enjoyed studying with them, like Mr. Dawood Ilyas Butt and Mr. Kamran Rasheed were my favorites.
