I am self-employed and giving freelance HR consultancy to small & medium enterprises in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Some of my major expertise are in organization development, Training & development, HR data management system, File management system, and developing JDs etc.

Describe the work that you do in your role

I provide two different types of HR services:
1. Development of HR department which includes development of basic HR forms and provide consultancy in improving organizational structure, develop JDs for available positions and provide HR data system with HR matrix dashboard, professionally design on Ms. Excel for small and medium enterprises. HR system also helps in generating the most required reports by management just on one click. Some of HR documents and services that I design and implement are:

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements

Client received an ISO certificate. One of requirements to achieve ISO was to have professional HR setup with proper documentation and file management system, HR data management system, and integrated HR functions.
Client reward me with appreciation letter and asked to provide HR internal audit twice a year to make sure proper implementation of HR standards.
