Describe the work that you do in your role
Full P&L responsibility of Hyper marketS in Madina.
Accountable for planning, managing, controlling and establishing the tactics and activity programs for the stores and the people who work at the store, with the purpose of promoting sales while keeping focus on positive margins and actively improving the profitability of the store.
Drive the implementation of agreed operating model within group and champion compliance to drive sales and profitability so that store are simpler and cheaper to operate and better than competition in region
Indicate previous experience and/or areas of career proficiency/achievenments
Proficient in sales, distribution and retaiiling/wholeselling with experience in leading multinational FMCG UNILEVER, Leading appearl Retailer LEVI STRAUSS and a a big giant in Whole selling METRO PAKISTAN.
One of the pioneer members of Metro Pakistan. Got 6 Months on the job training in Bulgaria and Germany. Together with team opened first store of 9000 square meters in October 2007, led the fitting team to open Islamabad store from first Goods receiving till the opening of store with respect to merchandize ordering, receiving, space management, warehouse administration.
Implemeted Own and operated store model in levi strauss and opened first Flagshio store in Pakistan, and able to give 28% growth in units and 7% growth in margin.

•Proficient in Distribution, Retail Operations, category management with experience in leading multinational FMCG Company, Managed High end Clothing retail outlets, successfully launched of Big Box Retail Giant in Pakistan.
•Obtained world class trainings on Operations, category management from Bulgaria and Germany.
•Pioneer member of METRO Cash and Carry, led the Store Fitting teams to open Islamabad and Karachi stores.
•Certified Trainer and also worked as a Central trainer for Metro CC, localized all training material as per requirement and together with team trained store resources.
•Have had the excitement of confronting new challenges and building on self- esteem, love for others & faith in Allah.
