Brief description of business:

We have registered our business in 2019 but out ancestors are makers of Surgical and Dental products.
The reason behind this is that they don’t know how to export their own products. As testament to our unyielding principals we guarantee that there is never any room for compromise.
And it is a matter of pride for us that every single product manufactured at Pawn Move is
in compliance with the strictest international quality standard and labor regulations. We are already
working with our valued customers around the globe successfully.

Challenges you faced or facing

The biggest challenge that we are facing is to find reliable international customers.
The chamber of commerce also helped the startups but it’s not enough. Government especially the foreign embassy can play a major role to help the small and medium industries to increase their export.

Growth/goals you are looking in next five years

At this time, we only have 8 employees including me as CEO. We cover customers of four European countries. At my point of view employee satisfaction raises employee productivity, and
higher productivity means greater service and value to your customers. This value leads to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty, which promotes profitability and continued success.

Whom you consider are your direct competitors

My direct competitors are those factory owners who have hundreds or thousands of employees.
They have strong management who deal with their valued customer.

One key advice for upcoming businessman/entrepreneurs

Challenge yourself and only do the work you care about. Take risk and believe in yourself. Have
a vision for your company to find good people/customer. Face your fear and take action then you will be
a successful entrepreneur.
