Brief description of business:
We have a small textile processing unit consisting of dyeing, printing and finishing. Our major portion is processing tent that is then exported, and then printing of local manufacturers.

From one crisis to another, we have surprise fuel adjustments in bills along with increasing prices of overhead charges making it difficult to compete at local or international level.
Growth/goals you are looking in next five years
Its very hard to sustain in current circumstances. if we do, we plan to expand our machinery and the type of fabrics we process.

My direct competitors are small sized processing units in Lahore

You just need to get started, most important is initiative. consider 2 to 3 years with no encouraging outcome, after that business will not run, but you'll learn how to run it. take hell lot of time to do research.
