Challenges you faced or facing

Starting a small business surely comes with its challenges. Being a female entrepreneur, the first and foremost challenge is managing both personal and professional commitments. For small businesses that aren't household name, finding customers is particularly difficult and then engaging customers and retaining them can be more demanding. Making a presence and brand awareness on social media is another challenge in this era of digital world. Acquisition of pure organic resources was also a major challenge that we faced. As the business grows, balancing quality and growth is another demanding task. Currently due to Covid-19, the business is facing constraints because of market closure, human resource unavailability and delivery issues.

Growth/goals you are looking in next five years

Our ultimate target is to make a physical presence in the market amongst the numerous famous competitor brands existing now and to capture a greater share of market on the digital platforms. We have also planned to diversify our product line gradually over the period of next five years.

Whom you consider are your direct competitors

We have quite a lot of competitors in the area of organic/natural skincare products.

We would advise the aspiring businessmen / entrepreneurs to have a clear vision and idea of what they want to offer to make themselves distinctive from the market. Success never comes easy so implement your plan, face your fears, and keep a thorough follow-up, deliver more than expected and Voila!!
