EY has four main service lines
1) Assurance : comprises mainly financial audit (core assurance).
2) Advisory Services : consisting of three subservice lines: IT Risk and Assurance, Risk, and Performance Improvement.
3) Tax Services : includes Business Tax Compliance, Human Capital, Indirect Tax, International Tax Services, Tax Accounting & Risk Advisory Services, Transaction Tax.
4) Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) : includes commercial, financial, real estate and tax due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, valuation & business modeling, corporate restructuring and integration services.
Describe the work that you do in your role
Provides IT advisory (IT Security, IT Audit, IT Strategy etc) to clients in Saudi Arabia and other Middle East countries (as per requirement). The role is not limited, but expanding it by working from grass root to project deliverable. Multiple roles are given during the project execution, which helps in enhancing the skills and expertise at professional level.
Indicate previous experience and/or areas of career proficiency/achievenments
Worked as Network Support Engineer in Saudi Arabia, and later to that did MSc in Informaion Security and Computer Forensics (UK), achieved CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certificate, CHFI (Computer Hacking Forensics Investigation) and now aiming to achieve ISO 27001/CISA/CISSP

Hardwork, punctuality and commitment is key to success. I followed the same approach in my professional life in achieveing my career goals as well as firm's goal. I understand that team work is also a major element in making yourself successful. In addition to that, I used to meet the deadline for deliverable assigned to me
Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?
I had participated in OPC (Overseas Participants Club). OPC platform provided assistance to all new participants who joined UMT from abroad. This include Overseas Pakistanis as well as foreign nationals participants
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
An era from ILM to UMT, I've seen everything, and experienced many things. Firstly, dedication of Dr.H S Murad, I really salute him. His great efforts are behind it who brought ILM to UMT. I'm pround of it.
The most remembering moment in UMT is always through the semester when we were given an assignment, that was just not only assignment, it was a learning chance also. I'm glad that on right time and under right faculty, I've got right track and right knowledge.
