Managing global supply chain specifically planning of inventory in the Amazon FBA warehouse. Communicating with US, Russia, France based teams of Thrasio to get sales and forecast figures to calculate and plan inventory efficiently and effectively. Generating and providing shipping plans to ship stock from 3PL to Amazon warehouse to fulfill demands.
Communicating with Nike, buying office, suppliers and all internal departments both vertically and horizontally to make end to end supply chain of the processes strong. Planning, ordering and procurement of imported raw material from Nike approved vendors (NAVs) located in different countries.
Collaborating with stakeholders involved in end to end supply chain from material’s procurement to dispatch of final product.Attending OTT (On-Time Tracking) meeting to share weekly lead time performances with department managers and heads of the company.
Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
Style Textile Pvt. Ltd. has been my first working place where I gained and groomed my desired skills to manage an end to end supply chain. I also provided them unique material management techniques specifically via use of ERP so that material can be tracked and managed in a systematic manner. I also trained a team of 5 people who are sharing there skills now effectively for the betterment of the company.

Achieved 3rd position in Supply chain video making competition.
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
It was the best of time of my life when I was part of UMT. I gained sincere friends there as well as got trained and mentored by one of the best teachers/ coaches/ instructors of Pakistan. UMT is a great place for personality and skills development.
