Saudi Arabia's national oil company, Saudi Aramco, is a fully integrated petroleum company with operations in exploration and production, refining and marketing, and petrochemical manufacturing. In 1933, shortly after Saudi Arabia was unified, the Government granted a concession to Standard Oil of California who recognized the potential of oil as a valuable export commodity and a source of revenue to begin building the nation. Standard Oil of California, the parent company of Chevron, was joined later by several other major oil companies and the venture became known as Aramco - the Arabian American Oil Company. In 1938, after five long years of exploration, oil was discovered in commercial volume when a well named Dammam Number 7, near today's headquarters in Dhahran, began to flow -- and ushered in a new era for Saudi Arabia. Things moved quickly, and in 1939 King 'Abd al-'Aziz visited Ras Tanura to inaugurate the first shipload of Saudi crude oil ever exported. The young Kingdom was now officially launched into the international petroleum industry.

Saudi Aramco owns and operates an extensive network of refining and distribution facilities, and is responsible for the gas processing and transportation installations that fuel Saudi Arabia's industrial sector. An array of international subsidiaries and joint ventures, including one of the world's largest and newest fleet of supertankers, deliver crude oil and refined products to customers worldwide. Saudi Aramco is also the world’s top exporter of natural gas liquids (NGL).
Describe the work that you do in your role
My role in Aramco is to coordinate and administer the SAP and Non SAP Systems Implementation and operation by following up on all project implementation phases, their milestones and deliverable and making sure they are up to Aramco Standards agreed upon.

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
My research aims to align educational standards with ongoing market needs and trends, with a focus on social welfare analysis and pricing mechanism design for a variety of static and dynamic market models. More generally, with my expertise in Software project Management, iris recognition, programming, algorithm analysis, implementation and optimization, I plan to carry out interdisciplinary research by collaborating with domain experts in described fields, identifying new products, and developing new methodologies.

During studies in MPhil (Computer Science), I was working with iris recognition algorithm. It was a comparative study about different iris recognition methods about their time and space complexity. This exercise resulted in exploring different algorithms and techniques i.e. Gabor Filter Bank, LMD (Local Mean Decomposition), Multi-Model Fusion, Fuzzy Integration, Simple Mean calculations for feature extraction, Ridgelts, Daugman’s Rubber Sheet Model, Geometric key based Iris, Encoding, Neural Network algorithm, Decision based algorithm, Iris recognition based on Zernike Moments & three level layered architecture. Numerical results demonstrate that compared with any other technique, the proposed neural network algorithm use the mean value for calculating the layered architecture approach, and therefore has the potential to result with good efficiency and accuracy. We used ROC curves via MATLAB, to calculate simplicity and specificity ratio.
