Describe the work that you do in your role

->Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base in Faisalabad and suburbs and ensure strong presence.
->To achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing/developing sales team.
->Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
->Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and business development activities.
->Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
->To monitor sales team's performance and motivate them to achieve targets
->Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
-> Ensure correct usage of ERP application by sales team.

Came to Pakistan cables for internship. hired as officer sales , now heading Faisalabad branch.

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements

At initial level, build a strong quotation system that minimized mistakes and response time.
Build system for Follow-up, which is key to success for sales person. Same idea leads organization to build this in ERP.
Prepared feasibility report to open office in Faisalabad.
At first year in Faisalabad, we won back lost customers and closed sales with market share 34%.
In FY-2015-16, break all records of sales. Market share more than 50%
Present year, again sustained with mark. Budgeted to go for 55% market share.
Taking part to launch new product in Pakistan "ACCC" conductors.

Simply good.
