Describe the work that you do in your role

To act as Deputy Project Administrator and HR particularly in day to day Admin Protocols Duties, Office Functioning and organization of Workshops etc. Assist the Technical Team/ Experts in all Visa and Immigration Requirements, Maintain Relevant Contacts with Manager Central Services MMP to ensure that all Visa Related issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient Manner.I have perform varies duties as a Project Admin and HR. Carry out correspondence as told by CTA / Project Administrator (Drafting to final Dispatch, filling, record access etc,).Provide office support to CTA / Project Administrator .Conduct research result as told by CTA / Project Administrator. I am responsible to keep Liaison with different departments / Institutions (especially; Educational). Develop and keep up to date set of operational manuals in consultant with CTA and Project Administrator. Ensure Proper feedback to MMP and meeting all pre-set deadlines and also meets the QES requirement of MMP/MML. Ensure strict Compliance of health and security regulations. Undertake other tasks which are relevant and integral to the success of the project. Organized six meetings and three workshop uptill now. Coordinate, Plan, Schedule and implements all travel Accommodation and subsistence for all long and short term technical experts and Cambridge Education's Project Management Staff. Develop and Maintain a Tracing System for experts working Days, Collect & file their Time sheets. Identify suitable Venues and Hotels for all Punjab based Workshops and Trainings facilities with Cost Guidelines. Support and Supervise the Project Accountant and CTA to Prepare Budget for Training Events which are Directly Sponsored by the Project. Plan, Organize, Visit, Book suitable and Secure Venues for Holding Events. Coordinate Measure and efforts that provide for a secure operation of the project and a safe working environment for employees. Manage the Transport Needs of project Team by developing systems to Organize, Timetable, and Monitor project Drivers and long books for each vehicle. Assist in Managing the itinerary of the senior technical team members as well as members of the senior management team by managing the calendar, arranging relevant meetings, managing their travel arrangements, managing their mailing system as well as performing other basic administrative Functions for them.

Human Resource Executive (Metro-Motorbikes Company) .All of my professional experience, include customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees. Conducts audits of various payrolls, benefits or other HR programs and recommends any corrective action. Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork. Assists HR Manager with processing of terminations. Assists HR manager with the preparation of the performance review forms. Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications. Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements. Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets. Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner. Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations. Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes. Utilize social media to announce job Vacancies in company.
