Working with Web Development team, architects and develops applications per the approved functional specification
• Architects and builds databases to approved functional specification
• Performs IT-related web server management tasks
• Oversees, leads and supports team of developers to ensure that are that all of the above functions are completed in timely and quality manner
• Conducts inter-departmental meetings and acts as a technical adviser to team members in other departments
• Stays apprised of new and emerging technology, creative and programming application for potential use for clients
• Active participation in mergers and acquisitions with relation to web development processes and procedures. Plans and acquires new environments as necessary.

I am currently working in TOPHOTELPROJECTS as IT Project Manager. Before joining this company I worked for SHARP; Mobilink, Technology Distribution Ltd in Electronics, IT & Telecom Sector. I am responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of new development of web & mobile based THX products, create resource plan and project schedule, create and manage tasks for development team, analyze project risks and lead risk management activities, set up and maintain effective communication between project stakeholders, work together with THP team members to eliminate all bottlenecks, track and report project progress on daily basis, keeping the due dates and quality on highest level.
Develop integrated baseline project plans applying estimating models, identify resources and skills required, document estimating assumptions, refine plans and manage performance against them. Recommend best solutions based on understanding of business issues. Provide task-based schedule and cost forecasts and assist in assessing risk-based provisions. Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk. Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them. Document and archive project activities, deliverables, tools and findings for future projects
The role entails managing multiple projects concurrently, building cross-functional plans, budgeting, coordinating resources, managing issues, as well as ensuring timely delivery through the full web and mobile development life cycle. Analyze and improves performance, scalability, and stability of website and mobile application for android and IOS based system for Hotel Industry Clients.

The friends which I made through out the university. The Best motivation given to me during our bachelors project by former Dean of SST, Khalid H Qamar, that the final project couldnt be made. Later AlHAMDOLILAH it was completed successfully. Former Lecturer at SST Muhammad Rizwan at SST guidance throught my bachelors. Seems like it was yesterday but so many years have already passed.
